Sono Edoardo, ho 22 anni, vivo a Roma e sono uno studente di Giurisprudenza presso l'Università "La Sapienza". Da qualche anno mi occupo di gestione immobiliare. La mia passione è far sentire gli ospiti come a casa, in un ambiente funzionale e di design. Dedico il mio tempo libero alla mia più grande passione: viaggiare.

Rules

Guests of the facility must respect the following provisions:

  • SMOKING BAN: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. If violations are detected regarding compliance with this rule, a penalty  will be applied for cleaning and sanitation operations, and for the economic loss that we may suffer if we are forced to cancel the next booking. If these detectors are disconnected from the electricity network, tampered with or destroyed, the aforementioned penalty will be applied in the same way.
  • LEAVE THE KITCHEN HOB CLEAN: the tenant is obliged to leave the hob clean at the end of the stay, with the used dishes appropriately washed in the dishwasher and placed away.
  • KEEP THE HOUSE DOOR CLOSED: in order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, to protect the guests and the furnishings present inside the apartment, the tenant is obliged to close the door of the house (without any type of key), particularly at the end of the stay. 
  • TURN OFF THE HOUSE LIGHTS IF NO ONE IS PRESENT INSIDE THE HOUSE: if you have to leave the house for a period of more than five minutes and no one remains inside, the tenant is kindly asked to turn off all the lights home. If you have to leave the home for a period of more than three hours, the tenant is kindly asked to also turn off all air conditioners inside the property. 
  • PROHIBITION TO DISCONNECT ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT PRESENT INSIDE THE STRUCTURE: it is forbidden to disconnect all electronic equipment present inside the structure from the power socket (Vikey Hub, WIFI Modem, WIFI Extender, etc.) and/or change the their location. It is also forbidden to remove the broadband cable. 

Any damage caused to the property will be immediately charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the contract. 

For any damage caused, administrative costs will also be charged for its management. These costs are always due, even if the damage is repaired under warranty or by the landlord himself without additional outlays.
