Check-in will be carried out independently thanks to the smart lock device located at the entrance door. You will receive a PIN code before your arrival to enter the property. Alternatively you can use your mobile phone to open the front door and the apartment door. An internet connection is not required to access the accommodation and keys are available as a recovery solution. If there are problems or critical issues during the registration or entry procedure or during your stay, I am available for assistance in person or via video call.
According to current regulations, a valid photo ID is required for all guests. The following documents are accepted: passport, identity card (only for citizens of Italy, the European Union, Switzerland, Monaco and San Marino), Italian driving license, Italian electronic residence permit.
During the check-in process you need to present a valid credit card, bearing the name of the reservation holder. Debit (with few exceptions that you can find in the Terms of use section) or prepaid cards are not accepted. A security deposit of €200.00 will be pre-authorised and will be returned at the end of the stay, except in the case of damage.
The reservation holder must digitally sign a tourist rental contract pursuant to Art. 1571 of the Italian Civil Code.
Overnight stay is permitted only to registered guests. A penalty will be applied for each unregistered guest.
The Nomentano neighborhood is one of the liveliest in the city, thanks to a young population and the presence of numerous attractions, such as the "La Sapienza" University, the "Umberto I" Polyclinic and the headquarters of many large companies and offices governments. In just eight minutes by metro it is possible to reach the Colosseum, without having to change lines. Other points of interest such as the Vatican, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain can be reached quickly by metro or surface transport. The area is very safe and patrolled day and night by the Police and Carabinieri, as several embassies and government offices are present in the area. The accommodation is not located in a limited traffic area and it is possible to park your car for a fee along the street. Policlinico Apartment can be easily reached in just five minutes by metro from the “Termini” and Tiburtina stations, thanks to its proximity to the “Policlinico” metro B stop.
The historic center of Rome is easily accessible by public transport. The closest metro stop is POLICLINICO (line B), located just a five-minute walk from the property. Just a three minute walk away is the tram stop (lines 3 and 19)
