Registration. When you make a reservation on our Site or otherwise book an Accommodation with us, we may ask you for certain personal data, including your name, telephone number, email address, residential address, date of birth and/or your booking information. We may also ask you to present a completed travel document if required by local regulations.
ID verification (“IDV”) and check-in. We require our guests to provide a government-issued identity document to ensure their safety, to prevent fraud and in compliance with the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Safety), which requires all entities offering hotel hospitality and extra-hotel to verify the identity of all guests. To help provide a seamless check-in experience, we use a service provider such as Vikey or CheKin (our "IDV Partners") to capture a photo of your ID and compare it to a scan of your face to securely verify your identity. Policlinico Apartment does not receive facial scanning and our service providers cancel scanning according to the periods described in our Biometric Personal Data Privacy Policy.
Third Party Services. We may make available to you, at your choice, the services of third-party service providers, such as luggage storage, parking reservations or concierge services for activities. When you access these providers through the Services, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number or other payment information, driver's license number, and /or license plate number, which will be used by these service providers for the provision of their services. The processing of personal data provided by you to one of these suppliers is governed by the privacy policies of such suppliers and Policlinico Apartment is not responsible for the processing of personal data by them. You should review it before providing your personal data.
Payment information. If you make a purchase through our site, your personal payment information, such as credit card number or personal billing information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), we only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, including when: Consent.
